I've purchased an item from the webstore, and haven't received it.

When you purchased an item from the store, go in-game and type ::claim to claim your rewards. Trade 'Arrav Store' at ::home for more info.

 

Are Ironmen allowed to use the webstore?

Ironmen are able to purchase from the donator store.
